Who we are

GrowthMinds was founded in 2016 in London. We offer our services to startups and scaleups, with a growth-hacking-as-a-service model. We use our rapid prototyping methodology to help companies to refine their product market fit, understand their potential clients, and engage them with the empowering messaging that drives conversions. And we have fun doing it! Our team is a mix of nerds, creative, and analysts, with an obsession for guaranteeing a maximum level of satisfaction to our clients.

Who we are looking for

GrowthMinds’ client base is growing, but it is now time for us to scale up ourselves. As GrowthMinds Business Development Manager you will work in direct collaboration with the CEO and the Sales team to increase the number of clients that we serve. You will make sure that our brand is increasingly recognised in the UK startup scene as the go-to solution for growth hacking needs and bring on board new clients for our services.

What will you do every day

  • Generate new sales leads for the business through networking and outreach
  • Meet clients, presenting GrowthMinds growth methodologies and their benefits
  • Lead client negotiations to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Close deals and generate contracts
  • Handover new clients to the Growth Hacking team with fast and accurate communication
  • Forecast impact of activity once a month
  • Register all activity and opportunities in Hubspot
  • Engage in banter
  • Reporting to CEO

Your skills:

  • Structured approach to lead generation and sales funnel management, taking control of the full cycle
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation methods across channels
  • No-bullshit approach when talking to colleagues, when tackling problems and when finding solutions
  • Strong CRM skills, Hubspot is a nice to have here
  • Excellent critical and analytical skills, unafraid to dig into the data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate sales forecasting


You will also have:

  • At least three years sales experience, including something in the marketing agency or marketing platform space
  • Enthusiasm and drive to see results
  • A love of laughter
  • Quick wit and the desire to be an ambassador for a growing company
  • Curious and creative, but able to juggle and prioritise ruthlessly
  • A knowledge of what works best in a fast-paced startup environment
