Welcome Chris! Our New Director of Client Growth

Chris Peters, former Performance Director at Mindshare has joined GrowthMinds as our new Director of Client Growth. At Mindshare, Chris led accounts for BP, Three and scaleups like Dollar Shave Club and Birchbox. The choice to leave one of the world’s largest media agencies for an up-and-coming growth hacking agency was driven by the opportunity to work ahead of the curve in a more agile team.

 

Chris’s background has been helping large media agencies to diversify their services by leading digital, performance-driven marketing teams. Building on his experience transforming agency’s ways of working to suit the needs of today’s fastest growing scaleups, Chris felt he could create more impact for more startups by joining a team that had a growth hacking mindset embedded into its ways of working.

 

Describing his ambitions at GrowthMinds, Chris said:

 

Growth hacking is all about getting out of comfort zones and experimenting. In just a few years the GrowthMinds team have built a cutting-edge methodology and run over 1000 experiments for a wide range of startups.

 

Since joining, I’ve been astonished by the pace of work, delivering strategies in weeks that would take months to roll out in larger traditional agencies.

 

In my new role, I am excited about helping our clients accelerate their growth and fully embed growth hacking into their businesses. I’m really excited by the challenge and I can’t wait to build on the good work that has already been done.

 

In the short time Chris has been on board, we’ve introduced new frameworks and dashboards to give full transparency into how we build a startup’s road to growth.
